Who we are
Ghana Swim League is Ghana’s premier competitive swim league for Ghanaian swim teams and their promising swimmers to compete for the crown of Ghana’s best swim team, strive for self-improvement and be celebrated and awarded for their efforts and talent.
Each Annual League Season will be divided into the Regular Meets and the Meet of Champions.
The Regular Meets are a series of 6 swim meets during which athletes of registered teams compete for the opportunity to earn one of the top 6 athlete spots per event in the Meet of Champions.
The Meet of Champions is a 2-day swim-off between the best 6 athletes in each event from the regular season, battling to earn individual awards and help their teams earn the coveted title of Best Swim Team of the Year.

- Provide Regular Competition: We exist to provide a sustainable opportunity for Ghana’s promising swimmers to consistently compete at national and international standards and, strive for self-improvement and foster personal growth and development.
- Celebrate and Promote Athletes: We take immense pride in recognizing, showcasing, celebrating and awarding the efforts, talents and achievements of Ghana’s promising swimmers, empowering them to reach new heights of excellence.
- Promote Equality: We are committed to promoting equal gender participation in the sport of swimming, contributing to a more inclusive and diverse sporting landscape.
- Popularize Swimming: We aim to elevate the popularity of swimming as a sport, enticing a greater number of individuals to join swim teams, enhancing spectator engagement, and encouraging increased financial support for the advancement of swimming.
